Privacy policy

This policy sets out the data processed by the Dacodac Performance file shop and the rights you have over it.

1. Data controller

2. Data collected

• When you buy: e-mail address and payment details, collected and processed by Stripe (the site never sees your card number). The site keeps the order reference, the e-mail address and the file purchased, all needed for delivery and support.
• Technical logging: minimal data tied to delivery (download token, number of downloads, timestamp) in order to secure access to the files.

The shop uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Performance of the contract (delivery of the file purchased, customer support), legal obligations (accounting), and legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).

4. Retention periods

Order data is kept for as long as needed for support and for accounting and tax obligations (up to 10 years for accounting records). Download tokens expire automatically.

5. Recipients

Stripe (payment) and Cloudflare (hosting and file delivery). No data is sold or passed on for advertising purposes.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them: [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
